Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, not used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, and complete with its original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or another proof of purchase.

How to request a return

You can request a return using one of the following methods:

  1. Through your customer account: log in to your customer account, select the relevant order and submit the return request independently, indicating the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. By email: contact us at ecommerce@pauraclothing.com. We will reply with the necessary instructions and, where required, assist you throughout the return process.

Submitting a return request does not mean that the return has been automatically accepted. After reviewing your request, we will contact you by email to confirm whether the return has been approved and provide instructions on how and where to send the parcel, together with a return shipping label where applicable.

Please do not send any item back before receiving our authorization. Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, including food, flowers or plants, personalized or made-to-order products and personal care products, such as beauty products, where provided for by applicable law.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Items purchased on sale may be returned in accordance with the terms, conditions and any exceptions provided for by applicable law. Gift cards are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item in your possession and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Any customs duties, taxes and costs arising from the re-importation of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
